Définition
L'hypothyroxinémie transitoire se caractérise par un faible taux de thyroxine (T4, T3 et FT4) mais un taux normal de thyréostimuline (TSH), et on l'observe chez les enfants prématurés, nés en général avant 30 semaines d'âge gestationnel.
